VALIE EXPORT awarded the 9. Wiener Frauenpreises.  The award was been handed out from Sandra Frauenberger at the Wappensaal, Vienna City Hall

Since 2003 VALIE EXPORT is member of the university advice, University of Art Linz, 2003 – 2008 chairman

In October 2010 until January 2011 the Belvedere in Vienna and the LENTOS Kunstmuseum Linz presented a comprehensive exhibition of the complete work by VALIE EXPORT titled "Time and Countertime," curator Angelika Nollert

The artist designed the installation Anagrammatische Komposition mit Würfelspiel (nach W.A.Mozart) für Sopransaxophon von VALIE EXPORT, which is on display since October 2010 as perment installation at the Theater an der Wien, Vienna.
